At Home Straight Inspections, we believe that the rate we charge for your home inspection should depend on the size of the house. Why should a client who is purchasing a small house have to pay the same rate as a client who is purchasing a larger home? One floor condominiums - $275 + HST

Homes less than 2000 square feet - $354 + HST

Homes 2001-3000 square feet - $380 + HST

Homes 3001-4000 square feet - $430 + HST

Homes over 4,000 sq. ft., Multi Family Dwellings - Competitively priced. Please call for a quote.

*All rates subject to applicable taxes.

The following may require an additional fee:

· Houses more than sixty years old

· Out buildings or extra suites

· Inspections outside of our service area

Payment Methods: Cash, cheque, e-transfer or any of the major credit cards.

Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of the home inspection. Please make cheques payable to: Home Straight Inspections.

Remember: a typical home inspection fee represents only about one tenth of one percent of the value of your purchase.
